For a food-led hotel or venue group, its value is having checks, assessments, certificates and audit findings held together, with practical support behind them. Public feedback recorded in our review particularly praises the trainers. We see the strongest case where an operator wants both the system and help managing the obligations.
Our main reservations are the full cost, contract and everyday portal experience. The recorded offer needs additional modules for wider coverage, and public reviewers raise concerns about renewal and cancellation arrangements. Some also criticise the portal. Our research did not establish published connections to other hotel systems, so operators should expect separate compliance records unless a connection is demonstrated.
