Juyo

Juyo is a hospitality intelligence platform that combines hotel analytics, conversational analysis and AI-assisted recommendations. It connects hotel data sources to provide commercial, finance, food and beverage and operational views. Its HotelGPT, Pro and Enterprise tiers serve different levels of use. It is not a PMS or a revenue management system that automatically replaces the hotel’s operational platforms.

Independent perspective

Our review

Juyo brings commercial data into a shared view that an owner, general manager or revenue manager can use before the morning meeting. Its appeal is reducing the work involved in producing reports and giving more people access to answers through plain-English questions. We see the strongest case in commercially active independent hotels and small groups with a regular pricing and performance routine.

Our main reservation is the commercial and data exit position. The quotation recorded in our review carried a twelve-month term and an early exit cost of 90 per cent of the remaining commitment. Exporting data depended on the supplier and could take up to twenty days. A smaller-property tier and security certifications were still pending at the time of the review, so their availability needs confirming rather than assuming.

We would test the questions the hotel actually asks, confirm which package includes the assistant, and obtain written answers on pricing, certification and data export. A useful demonstration should replace an existing reporting task rather than simply produce attractive charts.

Our verdict

We recommend considering Juyo where a revenue manager or commercially active general manager can identify the time it will save. It is less suited to very small properties, operators needing confirmed certifications immediately, or those wanting a short, inexpensive trial commitment.

The assessment

What stands out

Strengths

Combines hotel data across departments. Juyo is designed to bring commercial, finance, food and beverage and operational information into one model.

Accessible analysis. Kassandra AI allows users to ask questions about hotel performance in plain language, while Canvas provides configurable dashboards and drill-down.

Scales from one hotel to groups. HotelGPT provides a lighter pay-per-question entry point, while Pro and Enterprise add wider analytics, portfolio views and tailored connections.

Positive hotel-specific feedback. Current Hotel Tech Report reviews commonly value clear dashboards, cross-filtering, distribution-cost analysis and combining several data sources.

Worth knowing

Juyo has changed significantly from the earlier Juyo Analytics positioning. This listing now covers the current Juyo platform and its HotelGPT, Pro and Enterprise tiers, not an unrelated product called Juyo Analytics.

Its usefulness depends on the exact source-system connections, data quality and chosen tier. A product name appearing in an integration list does not establish the depth, direction or cost of the connection.

Public reviews are positive overall. Recurring improvement requests include setup time, forecasting functions and more flexible reporting. Juyo provides analysis and recommendations, but hotels should confirm which actions remain manual and which agents are available in production.

Operational fit

Where it fits

  • Ask questions of connected hotel data using conversational analysis.
  • Build dashboards and drill into performance across departments.
  • Combine commercial, finance, food and beverage and operational information.
  • Compare performance across a hotel portfolio on the appropriate tier.
  • Surface recommended actions while retaining human control over operational decisions.

Best suited for

Independent hotels and groups that want hospitality-specific analytics across commercial, finance, food and beverage and operations, particularly where teams need easier access to information held across several systems.

May not suit

Properties seeking a PMS, a transactional finance system or a conventional RMS that automatically sets and distributes rates. It may also be unsuitable where the required source-system connections or data quality cannot be confirmed.
