Bizimply

Bizimply is workforce management software for shift-based businesses. It combines rotas, time and attendance, holidays, payroll-ready timesheets and staff access through a mobile app. Additional HR, communication and people-management functions depend on the package selected.

Independent perspective

Our review

Bizimply brings rotas, time recording, leave and payroll preparation into one manager-facing workflow. Public feedback recorded across established software review sites consistently values its ease of use and time saving. We see the strongest purpose in pub, restaurant and hotel groups where managers spend substantial time building schedules and preparing payroll by hand.

Our main reservation for hotels is the demand connection and package scope. A PMS connection was not established in the reviewed material, so occupancy and arrivals should not be assumed to reach the rota. The supplier’s recorded target range starts at 25 employees, and some HR functions sit in a higher plan. Public reviewers also describe mobile and rota-editing difficulties. Full contract terms were not published in the reviewed sources.

We would test the rota with the managers and staff who will use it, then follow the payroll export through to completion. Confirm the plan, current sales-to-labour functions and connection responsibility rather than relying on an older feature description.

Our verdict

We recommend considering Bizimply for operators with substantial shift teams and several sites, particularly where food and beverage creates the staffing workload. It is less suited to a very small property or one needing a proven occupancy-led rota. The saving should be measured through the complete scheduling and payroll process.

The assessment

What stands out

Strengths

Clear rota and attendance control. Managers can build schedules, record working time and keep holidays and absence in one place.

Useful for hospitality groups. Published customer examples include hotels, inns, pubs and restaurant groups operating across several sites.

Reduces payroll preparation. Approved hours can be passed to supported payroll products, reducing repeated entry and manual checking.

Generally well regarded by users. Ease of use, onboarding, scheduling and customer support are the most consistent positive themes across the larger review sources.

Worth knowing

Bizimply is designed for shift-based teams and is unlikely to offer enough value to a very small property with only a handful of staff.

The base and expanded packages differ. Confirm whether HR records, onboarding, communication, analytics and the required integrations are included.

Public feedback is positive overall, but users also mention mobile app glitches, an initial learning curve, reporting limitations and requests for more integrations. Trustpilot has too few reviews to provide a reliable product rating, and Hotel Tech Report does not currently hold a Bizimply review profile.

Operational fit

Where it fits

  • Build and share rotas across one or more sites.
  • Record attendance, holidays, absence and approved working time.
  • Prepare accurate hours for supported payroll systems.
  • Give staff mobile access to shifts and workplace communication.

Best suited for

Hotels, pubs, restaurants and multi-site hospitality groups with at least 25 staff that need better rotas, attendance records, holiday management and payroll preparation.

May not suit

Very small teams, or hotels expecting the rota to use live occupancy and arrival information without first confirming a suitable PMS or demand-data connection.
