Access EPoS
Access EPoS is a hospitality point-of-sale system for restaurants, pubs, bars, food-to-go businesses, hotels and visitor attractions. It combines tills and mobile ordering with stock control, kitchen workflows, promotions, payments, reporting and connections to other hospitality systems in the Access product range and selected third-party products.

Strengths
Built around UK hospitality operations. The system supports table service, bars, quick service and other food-and-beverage workflows rather than adapting a general retail till.
Detailed stock and sales control. Operators can monitor stock movement, valuation, margins, purchase activity and sales from the same operational environment.
Broad Access hospitality ecosystem. Businesses already using Access products can connect EPoS with selected workforce, reservations, finance, guest and operational tools.
Supports hotel room charging. Access documents PMS connections that can transfer restaurant or bar charges to a guest room or account, subject to the chosen PMS and configuration.
Worth knowing
Access EPoS can form part of a much wider Access setup. That can reduce the number of suppliers involved, but buyers should establish exactly which functions are included, which require another Access product and which need separate implementation or commercial terms.
The public Trustpilot score belongs to The Access Group as a whole and covers many unrelated products, training sessions and support teams. It must not be treated as a product score for Access EPoS. Across that wider company sample, positive comments often mention knowledgeable staff and training, while critical comments include difficulty reaching support, implementation delays and contract or cancellation handling. Confirm the named support route, service hours, implementation responsibilities, contract length and notice terms for the EPoS agreement itself.
Integration availability is specific to the receiving system and workflow. A logo or supplier relationship does not prove that every field, room charge, stock item or financial posting will transfer. Ask for the required workflow to be demonstrated before signing.
